Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • An unboxing video showing the parcel being opened and the issue with the product is required.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3 business days. If the return is approved, we will process your refund promptly.

Refunds

After your return is approved, a 100% refund of your payment will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.
