We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact our support team for availability and charges.

2. Shipping Timeframe

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

    • Other Areas: 4–8 business days

      Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, location, and courier services.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 on orders below ₹999

  • Super Fast Delivery: ₹149 on all orders

  • Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation Email/WhatsApp with a tracking ID and a link to track your package in real-time.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at machhmanistone@gmail.com. We will coordinate with our delivery partners and assist you promptly.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, kindly inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select pincodes for orders below ₹5,000. A small COD fee may apply.
